House rules

  • Arrival: Check-in is scheduled from 16:00, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Before leaving: Your departure is scheduled for 10:00, unless otherwise agreed upon. Make sure you don’t leave anything behind. Please do not leave food and empty the refrigerator and freezer. Do not leave any trash in the house (empty all bins). Wash the dishes and clean the griddle or barbecue. Ensure all windows are closed and the lights are turned off. Check that the door and gate are properly closed upon your departure.
  • Non-Smoking: The house is non-smoking. However, it is possible to smoke on the terrace.
  • Parties: The house is not intended for private parties, such as bachelor or bachelorette parties.
  • Curfew: Please respect the neighbors by keeping the noise level moderate after 10 p.m.
  • Trash: Regular waste should be placed in the street-side container, located 50 meters to the left when leaving the house. For glass, plastic, and cardboard, recycling containers are available in front of the town hall or at the start of the road to Bizanet.
  • Kitchen / Dining Room: All necessary equipment is provided. For the refrigerator, please open it gently and/or close the left adoor first to ensure the seal engages properly. For the coffee machine, always rinse it after using the milk frother (follow the procedure displayed on the screen) and clean the milk container after each use. The user manuals for all appliances can be found in the drawer of the sideboard in the entrance hall.
  • Terrace: The cushions, outdoor rugs, additional sun loungers, etc., can be found in the shed/garage, whose door remains open at all times.
  • Cooking outside: Please be aware that from early June to the end of September, barbecues are prohibited in the region to reduce the risk of fire. However, you're welcome to prepare your meals outdoors using the provided electric griddle.
  • Parasol: The wind is unpredictable in this region. Please close the parasol when not in use and put on its cover if it rains.
  • Air Conditioning / Heating: When the air conditioning or heating is in use, please ensure that all windows and doors are closed. If they remain open for more than 5 minutes, the air conditioning will automatically turn off and will restart once all openings are closed.
  • Ventilation (room with bathroom): The ventilation runs automatically for 5 minutes after turning on the light in the bathroom or adjoining toilet.
  • Television: In the rare event of a frozen image, unplug and replug the round black box behind the TV.
  • Children: The following items are available for free in the garage: a high chair and a baby crib.
  • Electricity: The fuse box is located in the closet of the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. While you likely won't need it, it’s good to know just in case.
  • Miscellaneous: A washing machine and a dryer are available in the laundry room. Note: For the dryer to work properly, make sure the door is properly latched/slammed. Leave the laundry room doors open during use.
